what is outcome change? | melkiy | 1718. Rejudge | 27 May 2013 13:01 | 3 |
"...solutions for which the outcome has changed." Is the outcome change "WA 6" -> "WA 8" a real change on which a letter is sent? Or only outcome code (WA, AC, ...) make sense, not a test number?? Edited by author 10.10.2009 14:54 Edited by author 10.10.2009 14:54 sorry, the condition contains the answer it's both change in code and change in test number. |

When the minimal number of authors is not zero? | dibrov4bor[SumySU] | 1718. Rejudge | 18 Dec 2011 16:31 | 13 |
This is also my question answer plz! so why when it is AC the minimum possible is still 0? explain clearly plz!!!! coz that solution may pass a new tests, so minimum possible is 0 If the solution pasts the 6-th case it is not necessary to be wrong. Edited by author 10.10.2009 15:41 Edited by author 10.10.2009 15:41 as i understood the minimal numbers of autors is not zero, when verdict is WA or ML or TL and the test is 7 when minimum possible is increased the maximum is increased too !? If the test is 7 - and if it fails, then obviously the code is wrong, that author won't get any mail for that case. Edited by author 10.10.2009 16:40 didn't understand. if test 7 fails, new verdict will be fail on 6 test. so it's new verdict Oh! :O I think you are right. User 2 sets : minUsers and maxUsers and be happy Thanks for the test. Edited by author 18.12.2011 17:05 |

when 6-th test is removed, the 7-th became the 6-th?? | melkiy | 1718. Rejudge | 16 Oct 2009 01:43 | 4 |
it's very important for understanding the condition! In fact it is not "of course" And actually the only thing that makes it not ambiguos is sample test. Many systems allow to have test numbers to be not consecutive. It makes possible to make funny tasks with the 1st test which is sample and 3112nd test, which is not, when person gets WA #3112 and thinks like "WHAT????!!!" And the fact that tests on the competition in this task are consecutive is not obvious. Edited by author 12.10.2009 23:31 And, by the way, it is assumed in this problem that every solution acts exactly the same being run on the same set of tests, which is clearly not always true in the real world. |
