This problem does NOT have any special cases. It is just a formula and its CAREFUL implementation.

Agree!I had suppose I would get "Wrong Answer" several times,but I got "Accepted" at the first submit.

it has 2 special cases. to get ac you should guess that touching surface of the target is "hit", but touching it's border is "missed".
