why TLE on test 13 ? I use corect N^3 algorithm

I had the same problem. I had to solve equation a*x*x+b*x+c=0. if (d<0) then it hasnt real roots,
but x=(-b+sqrt(d))/(2*a)=infinity So its give TLE, I thnk.
