can i take [1..125001] of int64?

please, tell me, what type of array i must take?
i took MLE on this : array[1..125000] of int64;

Don't use int64, longword is just enough (-)

But I get memlimit on 7th test , but used longword

Unfortunatelly you can't conserve all elements simultanionsly. Try to use ideas of heap sort or use priority_queue<int> if you are C++ programmer :-).
