Of course it is the problem from the first volume...
And probably it's not the best time to change anything...
And sure it's very difficult to generate good tests for such problem...
But!
My solution should not get AC!
It's wrong realization of Flower Tree in O(VE).
In fact it is not Flower Tree but just Flower Lists.

PS: Pls, send me any right solution, because my "right" produces same answers with my "wrong".
