My program is mistaken on 3 test!!!
Give right answers on these tests and please help me to find a mistake!

let's take

then we have seven pairs (is not true)?:
(2,1) (2,1) (1,2) (6,7) (2,3) (4,5) (10,9)

Doesn't that mean, that we can't separate 14 as 10 and 4?
