Discussion of Problem 1507. Difficult Decision

How did you solve it?

Is supposed solution "just do what you've been told to do",
or there is a nice idea?

In second case I'd like you to increase limit for N. Because my naive solution works for only 0.46 sec.

I just did what it told me to do.
But I still got WA#1.
