In sample test answer for n=4 is
1 4 2 3
1 3 4 2
but correct answer is
1 3 2 4
1 3 4 2
Maybe, I'm not right, but my program had AC on contest...

1*4+4*2+2*3+3*1=21
1*3+3*2+2*4+4*1=21

Sorry,I thought this must be
1*4+4*2+2*3=18
1*3+3*2+2*4=17
