Some solutions, which use Min Cost Flow to solve this problem can be failed (for example, my last submition).

Your test is not correct because all numbers must be from 0 to 100. But the tests in this problem are really weak. You can generate new hard tests and send them to me (sandro sobaka plotinka ru) or Vladimir Yakovlev.
