I have thought so .
Because I thought that we were told to paint the lines ,not the points.
But in the Chinese translation what the question tells us is that 'ai<=bi',while on the ural is 'ai<bi'.

According to the problem the test should be 10 11
but I got overflow with my segment tree
I examined all day long, to my surprise the test has two same number, the problem is wrong!!!!
