test 9 and truncation and rounding the numbers

I have WA at test 9, does anybody has the same problem?
And a question:
For example input is 10 1.
Output must be pi*1*1=3.1415926...
But we must write only 3 digits after decimal point.
So what is the correct output: 3.142 or 3.141?
Round or just truncate?
