why answer for test from statement is 40000?

first picture have coordinates
(0, 0), (300, 100)
S1 = 30000
and second picture have coordinates
(140, 240), (160, 260)
S2 = 400

S1 + S2 = 30400
30400 < 40000.

Why I don't right?

because
"and the minimally possible size of a picture in each of the dimensions is 100 millimeters"
