why is 14 when n equals to 1?

4 is't divisible to 14..
can someone explain my mistake?
maybe i dont understand condition. :((

14 is just a number of numbers (xD): 11, 12, 15, 22, 24, 33, 36, 44, 48, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99.
