Это решение даёт правильный ответ,но не проходит... Почему????

I can't understand it too.
It should be MLE: m=new int [100000000];
or TLE: for(i=0;i<a;i++) ... for(j=0;j<b;j++)

maybe you shouldn't use freopen...
