Same algorithm (sum[b]-sum[a-1]) got AC using C/C++, but got time exceeded using Java

Try to use BufferedReader instead of Scanner ( http://acm.timus.ru/help.aspx?topic=java ).

I'm using StreamTokenizer and have TLE on 21 test :(((
