this problem is very very easy ,some hints from AC code
.........
for(i=0;i<k;i++){
.........
        s+=n-t;
    }
n-=s;
if(n<0)
    n=0;
......
I didnot undestand why //Сложность: 308 //  ????!!!

The issue is for minimization.
