Am i calculating this correctly? The sample test case gives wrong answer for my calculation TwoFace 15 Jul 2015 10:09

A1A=10 1 10
For k=4,
10*(4^0)+1*(4^1)+10*(4^2)=174
174 is divisible by 3 so the answer for sample test case turns out to be 4.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks

A = 10 => min basic = 11
