As the frame defined by the tripple (X, Y, A) will have such vertices:
(X, Y)
(X, Y + A - 1)
(X + A - 1, Y)
(X + A - 1, Y + A - 1)

The figure given is very "ugly" so that I didn't realize that it's a square!
