My solution only runs in 0.015 sec.

Maximum non-bipartie matching is pretty general problem to post that algo in forum (not code of course).

I might be wrong be as far as I can see you did not solve this problem(it is in your list of problems under development). I have a solution which takes 0.0001 and has the same success. If anyone wants it - write here.
