Could somebody help me?

I am really puzzled about this problem. My alogrithm was too bad and
it got Time Limit Exceed using over 800KB memory!

And I don't know how to solve it within less than 0.1sec. I wonder if
there is a formula, or some good ways to solve this problem.

Could someone give me some hints about this problem? Thanks!

I can't understand, what is "InputFile='1148.in'"??? Did you read
the rules? You must read information by the KEYBOARD!!!

When i submit it, i'll delete such commands
