WHEN n is an odd number,the answer is 1,WHY?

WHY?
I passed the problem,but I didn't understand this point.
Please help!
My program assumes that if n is odd then answer is 0 and get AC.

They don't have odd N test, mine treat odd N as n-1 and I got AC.
The n is even number (read the condition of problem).
